一、交流系统用无间隙金属氧化物避雷器



Ⅰ、Use用途

    porcelain housed surge arrester without gaps for A.C. system is used to protect electric equipments against the damage of lightning and switching over-voltage impulsion.

    交流系统用瓷(复合)外套无间隙金属氧化物避雷器是用来保护相应等级的交流电气设备免受雷电过电压和操作过电压损害的保护电器。

    Standards: GB11032 and IEC60099-4 Metal-oxide surge arresters without gaps for a.c. systems.

Ⅲ、Construction & Characteristics结构和特性

    Metal oxide surge arrester consists of zinc oxide varistors and would be sealed in porcelain housing without any gaps. It would be a high resistance insulation status under the normal operating voltage. While suffer the over-voltage, it would be a low resistance status and release the surging current into the earth quickly so as to make the residual voltage of the equipments which are connected in parallel with it to be controlled within the required voltage and ensured the insulation and safety of the equipments. Surge arrester is equipped with pressure relief devices, when occur unforeseen accident or the arrester is operating in overload, its internal pressure rises quickly and the pressure relief device operates and removes internal gas, which avoid the porcelain housing exploding. The metal oxide surge arresters have many advantages such as good steep wave characteristics, large capacity of rectangular wave, high operating reliability, low residual voltage, well anti-pollution ability, simple maintenance, etc.

    该类避雷器由非线性金属氧化物电阻片叠加组装,密封于绝缘瓷外套内,无任何放电间隙。在正常运行电压下,避雷器呈高阻绝缘状态;当受到过电压冲击时,避雷器呈低阻状态,迅速泄放冲击电流入地,使与其并联的电气设备上的电压限制在规定值,以保证电气设备的安全运行。该避雷器设有压力释放装置,当其在超负载动作或发生意外损坏时,内部压力剧增,使其压力释放装置动作,排除气体,避免瓷外套爆炸。本避雷器具有陡波响应特性好,冲击电流耐受能力大,残压低、动作可靠、耐污秽能力强、维护简便等特点。

Ⅴ、Checking, Acceptance & Installation 验收、安装

1.Checking/ Acceptance

验收

(1)Open the packing case and fitting case, checking the documents (operation instruction, packing list, quality certificate) before installation.

安装产品前,打开包装箱、配件箱,检查随机文件(使用说明书、装箱单、合格证)是否齐全。

(2)Checking the fittings one by one according to the packing list

按装箱单逐项检查配件是否齐全。

(3)Checking whether there are scratch on the surface of the products, whether there are cracks and defects on the porcelain housing.

检查产品外表是否有碰伤痕迹,瓷套是否有裂纹、掉块现象。

2.Installation

安装

It should according to the installation drawings when install the products.

安装时参照相应避雷器的安装示意图。

(1)First, let the arrester base fixed on the supporting structure, then install arrester components. For 220kV surge arrester, the recommended height of the supporting structure is 2.5m above ground level.

   首先将避雷器底座固定于避雷器基座上,然后再安装避雷器元件。220kV系列避雷器推荐底座安装高度2.5m以上。

(2)The order of 220kV surge arrester installation is arrester base, connection board, arrester down component, connection board and arrester up component using M16 bolts fasten, and then put the grading ring on the up flange. Please note: the series number of up and down component should consistent. Arrester should associate installation, can not reverse connection and up-side-down installation. It also not allows lifting off after two components connected.

   避雷器安装时依次将底座、连接板、避雷器元件下、连接板、避雷器元件上用M16螺栓紧固,再将均压环安装在避雷器的上法兰上.注意元件上、下型号、编号一致,配套安装,不可反接和倒装,不允许两节连接后吊装。

(3)Line connection: Put the high voltage lead on the wiring terminal which on the top of the arrester, and then fastened by the M12 bolt. The base could be earthed directly by M16 bolt or by the operating monitor or the discharge counter, and section area of the earthing lead should be larger than the 100mm2.  

   线路连接:将高压导线置于避雷器顶部的接线端子上,然后用M12螺栓锁紧,底座上部可用M16螺栓直接接地,也可通过监测器或放电计数器接地,接地导线截面大于100mm2

Ⅵ、Test & Maintenance 检测、维护

1. Test:The preventing checking test should be taken before surge arrester operation and thunder season. The test items are as the followings:

   检测:避雷器投入运行前及每年雷雨季节前,应进行预防性检测试验,其项目为:

(1) D.C. or Power Frequency Reference Voltage Test:

   直流或工频参考电压试验

   Direct current or power frequency voltage (the voltage impulse rate ≤±1.5%) should be applied to both sides of surge arrester. When the D.C. or A.C. resistive current peak value that flowing through the arrester stably at reference current, read the voltage value, and it should not be lower than the standard value.

   在避雷器两端施加直流或工频电压(电压脉动率不大于±1.5%),待流过避雷器的直流或交流阻性电流峰值达到参考电流时,读取电压值,其值不小于标准值。

(2)D.C. Leakage Current Test

   直流泄漏电流试验

   0.75U1mA Voltage should be applied to both sides of surge arrester (the voltage impulse rate ≤±1.5%). The leakage current flowing through the arrester should not larger than the standard value when the voltage is stable. The operating arrester leakage current should not be 2 times larger than the measuring value taken before the operation (the influence of the ambient temperature and the outer surface dirtiness current should be considered when measuring).  

   在避雷器两端施加0.75 U1mA的直流电压值(直流电压的脉动率不大于±1.5%),待电压稳定后,流过避雷器的泄漏电流应不大于标准值。运行中避雷器的漏电流应不大于投运前测量值的2倍(测量时应考虑环境温度及外表面污秽电流的影响)

(3) Continuous Current Check under the Continuous Operating Voltage

   持续运行电压下持续电流的检测

   The special leakage current testing apparatus for surge arrester or high definition A.C. meter should be used when checking the continuous current value. The whole current virtual value or resistance current peak value which flow through the arrester tested under the continuous operating voltage should not be 2 times larger that the starting value when operating (the influence of ambient temperature and the outer surface dirtiness current should be considered when measuring) 

   对持续电流值的检测,应使用避雷器专用漏电流测试仪或足够精度的交流表检测,在持续运行电压下测量流过避雷器的全电流有效值或阻性电流峰值不超过投运起始值的2倍(测量时应考虑环境温度及外表面污秽电流的影响)。

2. Maintenance: should be executed as the power system regulations.

   维护:按电力系统规程规定执行。

Ⅶ、Notice 注意

1. The surge arrester should be vertical placed when transporting and storing to prevent from the violent shaking and hitting.

   在运输和贮存时,避雷器应垂直放置,严防强烈震动及碰撞。

2. The users are prohibited to disconnect the arrester arbitrarily.

   用户不得随意拆开避雷器。

3. The users are prohibited to do the power frequency discharge voltage test on the arrester in case the damage of the arrester.

   用户不得对避雷器做工频放电电压试验,以免造成避雷器损坏。

4. If there are some special requirements, we can provide the products accordingly.

Ⅷ、预防性试验项目及注意事项

1、试验项目:测量产品直流1mA电压和漏电流,应满足标准规定;有条件的,也可以测量避雷器的工频参考电压或持续运行电压下的泄漏电流阻性分量。

2、安装

   电站用避雷器采用直立式安装。避雷器通过安装板固定到支架角钢上,上端

   引线用软铜线接高压端。不安装计数器时,本体下法兰直接引软铜线接地;安装计数器时,本体下法兰引软铜线经计数器接地。

   线路避雷器采用悬挂式安装。避雷器本体下端接高压线。避雷器本体顶端通过连接金具(如碗头挂板或U形挂环等)吊装固定到杆塔金属架构上,顶端直接接地;如果要安装计数器,避雷器本体顶部可串接一个盘形悬式绝缘子,再通过连接金具固定到横担上,从避雷器顶部引软铜线到计数器,经计数器接地。

3、220KV及以上避雷器一般应加均压环。对于中性点避雷器,可以不加均压环。

 

二、避雷器监测器(放电计数器)



1、概述

    JCQ系列避雷器在线监测仪(JSY系列避雷器放电计数器)是串联在避雷器接地回路,集监测避雷器泄漏电流和记录避雷器动作次数于一体的在线监测仪器。适用于500kV及以下电压等级的无间隙氧化锌避雷器,使用环境条件与配套避雷器相同。

监测器主要由信号输入电路、保护电路、电流测量电路和放电记数电路等组成。

2、产品性能和特点

2.1  采用铸铝外壳,美观大方。

2.2  两位电磁式计数器记录避雷器放电次数。循环累加数字计数,清晰明显、自动归零。

2.3  模拟指示电流表监测避雷器的泄漏电流。

     电流表在泄漏电流测量量程内采用彩色刻度分别标度出避雷器泄漏电流的运行区域,大大方便用户判断避雷器的运行状况。

     绿色:表示所测泄漏电流在避雷器正常工作电流范围内,避雷器工作正常。

     黄色:表示所测泄漏电流不在避雷器正常工作电流范围内,线路及避雷器需进行检查及监控。

     红色:表示所测泄漏电流已超出避雷器正常工作电流范围,避雷器需检修或更换。

2.4  超量程显示。当避雷器泄漏电流超过电流表基本量程时超量程指示灯亮。

2.5  监测器电流表采用不同的量程,以适用于500kV及以下电压等级的各型避雷器。

2.6  监测器符合机械行业标准JB/T 10492-2004《交流无间隙金属氧化物避雷器用监测器》。

3、安装方法

3.1  首先检查监测器的外观有无破损、电流表指针是否在零位。

3.2  监测器的电流表校准及记数动作试验(详见4检验方法)。

3.3  安装

3.3.1  安装时先将监测器的接地安装端面进行处理,以保证可靠接触。

3.3.2  安装方法

     监测器应串接于避雷器与地之间。

     首先参照监测器的外型安装尺寸图,在避雷器底部法兰与地之间利于观测的合适位置,用φ10×35的螺栓(自带)通过监测器的接地安装端将其固定,接地安装端可靠接地;其次将避雷器的底部法兰与监测器的输入端通过排线牢固连接。

3.3.3  需从线路中卸下监测器时,应先用接地线将避雷器的接地端可靠接地(先接地线,后接避雷器的接地端),然后再拆卸监测器。将监测器重新安装完毕后,再将接地线去除(先断开避雷器的接地端,后断开地线),注意安全。

3.3.4  安装时监测器输入端引线拉力不大于50N。

4、检验方法

    监测器在投入运行前和在运行一、二年之后,应进行检验。

4.1  监测器电流测量校准

4.1.1  将交流电压源、交流毫安表和被检监测器串接于同一电路中。

4.1.2  缓慢调节交流电压源的输出电压,使被检监测器电流表顺序地指示于每个数字分度线上,记录交流电流表对应的读数值。

4.1.3  计算上述各点电流基本误差,若监测器电流指示误差在5.0级以内,则判断该监测器电流测量合格。

    先转动摇表对电容(10μF/600V)充电,待充电稳定后在保持摇表转速的情况下断开充电回路,再将充好电的电容器对监测器输入端和接地端放电,此时监测器应动作一次。连续试验5~10次,均应能准确动作,则认为监测器动作记数性能完好。否则应进行检修或更换。

5、用户须知

5.1  监测器有故障后,不要自行修理,请寄回生产厂家处理。

5.2  订货时须注明产品的完整型号、所需数量及其它特殊需求。

5.3  本单位可根据用户需求改变电流测量量程及彩色刻度。

5.4  本单位可根据用户需求提供大方波容量、大标称电流等参数的特种监测器。

6、注意事项

6.1  安装使用时切记不可拆卸、松动已紧固的螺母、螺钉,防止破坏产品的密封性能。

6.2  不得在监测器两端直接施加工频电压。

6.3  监测器检验时,通过的稳态电流不得大于20mA。
